Since our founding in March 2013, FleXfit Training Center has been dedicated to giving our clients the ultimate workout experience.
We've created a community of people who are passionate about fitness and strength training. Whether you're just starting or you're an experienced athlete, we offer classes and options that provide a solid foundation to help you meet your goals. We even offer classes for kids, so the whole family can get excited about staying fit and healthy.

Your first workout is on us. Simply download our app, register for a class, and show up. If you have questions, feel free to reach out to us directly.

HOW WE TRAIN
Workouts are built around strength training with an integration of high-intensity concepts for maximum results. We set up training cycles that range between 2-4 weeks. These cycles offer a new workout every day but maintain a specific way to strength train. We do not simply throw out workouts. There is a thought-out and executed plan.

WHY FLEXFIT IS DIFFERENT
Our workouts offer choices and styles of training. Workouts contain a main lift segment where you can pick the exercise and body part you want to focus on. We also expose you to progressive overload concepts. Did you know there are different ways to strength train? We do all of them so your body undergoes a mix of methods leading to the best fitness of your life.

WHAT WE ARE NOT
WE DO NOT constantly put you into rotating stations. That is code for cardio only. We are a strength gym and we incorporate high intensity. We give you the best of both. You will not find anything like us in the area.
